We were asked during our sermon at church this past Sunday why we can't carry our great feelings with us throughout the week. Personally, my hardest days of the week seem to fall on Mondays and Wednesdays. I'm not sure why, but maybe I could use an extra day to recoup from what are typically action-packed weekends. I have no explanation for why Wednesdays are so dreadful, I guess because it is the middle of the week...
What if we were able to look past all the word had to offer us and look ahead for what God has in store for us in heaven? We truly cannot begin to imagine what a wonderful and eternal future awaits us, but this world is not all there is. Just knowing should give us hope and courage to press on in this life and help us endure hardship. Praise His holy name!!!
