Immanuel

"The virgin will be with child and will give birth to a son, and they will call Him Immanuel"-which means "God with us." (Matthew 1:23)


Jesus has been given many names and my favorite and is, Immanuel, which means "God with us." What a comfort to know that God loves so much that he sent his Son to live and dwell among us in the form of a human being.

Once a follower of Christ, there will never be a time or anything that can separate you from Jesus who lives among all believers in the form of the Holy Spirit.  It is a blessed assurance, and comfort to know that He is always with us.

We will always have someone to listen to us, to laugh with us, and to cry with us.  What a friend we have in Jesus!
