As challenging and cumbersome as my career has become in lieu of health care reform legislation and the always crazy busy 4Q or open enrollment season, one of the perks to working as an insurance broker is being offered the occasional ticket to see a concert or attend a sporting event. I must say, that I have always enjoyed music, specifically live music, so it’s rare that I would ever hesitate to go to an event.
As believers in the body of Christ, each one of us has also been given a ‘free pass’ through our faith, to enjoy and be in God’s presence. It’s when we put our faith and trust in Jesus that we can enter God’s presence with utmost confidence.
The closer we come to God, the closer he draws to us! Thanks be to God!!
